UPDATE: Sylvia's truly cares about their customers. The same day I gave a 'could be better' 3 star review, I was surprised to receive an apology response as well as a replacement bouquet. WOW. Not many business owners would go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. I will definitely purchase from here again! 10/10 Flowers were delivered after 5pm even though I had placed the order very early the morning before valentine's day. Flowers did not come in the clear vase like pictured. They looked nothing like the picture. Came in a wooden box that I cannot even fill with water so they are just going to die. I understand online it says that the display can vary from photo but this is distinctly different. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Sam! Valentine’s week is one of our busiest times of the year, and we had a very high volume of deliveries scheduled well in advance. While we did our very best to complete all deliveries before 7pm, we understand how disappointing it can be when timing and presentation aren’t as expected. For customers who need a specific delivery window on peak holidays, we recommend placing orders 48 hours to one week in advance so we can better accommodate special timing requests.
